We have two Rottweilers, one of whom has had health issues since day one, so finding a veterinary clinic we could fully trust was incredibly important to us. We take both of our dogs here and I truly cannot say enough good things about the vets and staff. We have been bringing our dogs to this clinic for years. Even our previous set of dogs were patients here, so this is a veterinary team we have trusted through multiple chapters of our lives as pet owners. This is also the first review I have ever left for a veterinarian, which alone says a lot about how strongly we feel about the care we’ve received here. From the very beginning, they have treated our dogs with so much compassion, patience, and genuine care. You can tell this is not “just a job” to them. They care deeply about the animals they treat and about the families who love them. As pet owners, especially when dealing with ongoing health concerns, that kind of empathy means everything. One thing that has always stood out to us is their communication. They consistently get back to us quickly, answer our questions thoroughly, and never make us feel rushed or dismissed. During stressful moments, they’ve taken the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps in a way that feels clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. Their level of knowledge and thoroughness has given us so much peace of mind over the years. We’ve never felt like just another appointment on the schedule. They genuinely invest in the wellbeing of our dogs and it shows in every interaction. It is such a comfort knowing our pups Remi and Raja are in such capable and caring hands. We are beyond grateful for this clinic and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that combines professionalism, compassion, and exceptional care.

The veterinarians care more about lining their pockets than actually caring for your pets. They charged my card and THEN told me that there wasn't a vet on duty. They couldn't have cared less that my dog had severe diarrhea. Oh, well....I'm disputing my charge through my bank and taking my business elsewhere. If you care at all about your pet, I recommend you do the same.

I have 3 dogs, two that are established and 1 puppy. I looked up on google and chose Big sky pet center based on reviews. The staff was super friendly I mean very nice. They would absolutely have to be and here is why. When I called to make an appointment they said they recently had some openings. I was like score! I asked how much it would cost and the person on the phone did some math and she quoted me 200-250 per dog she said that its not exact which is fair. I thought that seemed steep but they were so nice and helpful so I figured Lets do it. we get done and to be fair we allowed them to do what I discussed on the phone and also clip the boys nails. I went out to load the dogs and my better half stayed inside to pay and she came out with a bill she paid for over $1000 dollars for just the two middle aged dogs!! over double!! I just had an appointment for the puppy who has never had any shots or vaccines and needed everything and it was $100 dollars! that $100 dollars. Oh and the cheaper vet was also friendly, they had no openings but they let me drop my puppy off before work and pick him up when they close and they would fit him in!! for $900 dollars less!! I see why big sky pet center had openings .
