I have been going to Caring hands for years. They are always so kind and understanding. They helped so much with a recent visit, I had some complications and they helped me find a solution. So grateful for the compassion and understanding!

I want to give my BIGGEST thank you to the amazing lady Faye at front desk this morning, I found one of my quail hit by a piece of hail last night from the storm I thought she was completely dead until I realized it was just neurological problem. I couldn't afford a vet bill, but I needed advice so I went to vet to vet everywhere in town today and nobody could help me at all until I got to caring hands I got straight to the front desk and Faye took no time on giving me all the information I needed to be able to help my quail on my own ever since then my quail has been making an amazing recovery and its all thanks to her knowledge Now My baby girl Fawn is gaining all life back to her I don't know how to show my appreciation besides saying GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!

Dr Amber Hearon (if i spelled the name correctly) and her kind vet tech and pharmacist and receptionist were all so amazing. (So sorry I dont know their names, I completely spaced about asking) My dog normally hates the vet but it was clearly night and day and she loved everyone here. My dog came in for an initial visit, vaccines, and a treatment plan and they were all so amazing. I even cried after the appt because for once, my dog was treated with so much TLC at a vet from everyone. They have many options to offer here, its quite impressive and I don't feel like I'm left to do all my research. My dog was able to sit down and relax and take the injections. I've never seen anything like that in my entire life, these staff are capable of making it a safe space for your dogs that have had extremely negative experiences in the past. I even took photos to show my friends and family cause I was just so impressed with their skill. Getting those meds started does cost quite a bit of money but it was so worth it. I had to cancel some appointments in the past because of scheduling conflicts on my end and the front desk staff were always so kind and accommodating when I had to reschedule another visit because of work. Thank you everyone for helping my dog get the care she deserves. 💖💖💖
